How to recognize and transform daily difficulties into opportunities; how to work with energetic frequencies rather than thoughts or emotions as a means to reaching inner healing, transformation and self – empowerment. A variety of practices that can be used immediately, including exercises and action steps that will enable them to fully integrate and embody their spiritual beliefs into their daily life.
